Owings Duo Busted With Pot During Traffic Stop
Owings, MD - 4/23/2012
On 4/17/12 at 7:51 pm, Trooper First Class Lewis stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Skinners Turn Rd. in Owings. A search of the vehicle revealed that Joseph J. Navalaney Jr., 18, and John P. Grogan, 18, both of Owings were in possession of marijuana. They were arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
