Burglary

A home on Westphalia Court in St. Leonard was burglarized in the afternoon on April 19 and jewelry, alcohol and guns were stolen.One H&R 20 gauge shotgun (Youth Model), one Savage 20 gauge Bolt Action Camo Shotgun, one 50 caliber muzzle loader Rifle and one Ruger 45 were all taken.A Motorola Droid X was also stolen.DFC V. Evans is investigating.

Theft

Someone stole a Nookcolor Ereader from the Twin Beach Library in Chesapeake Beach sometime between April 19 and 21.It is valued at $315.DFC A. Woodford is investigating.

Theft

Unknown suspect(s) cut and stole the coil of the outside air unit of a home on Cassidy Court in Chesapeake Beach sometime between April 23 and 28.It is valued at $2000.Cpl. J. Wahlgren is investigating.Anyone with information is asked to contact him at 410-535-2800.

Theft

Sometime overnight between April 28 and 29, someone removed copper rain down spouts from a home on 1st Street in Chesapeake Beach.Cpl. Wahlgren is investigating.

So sick of the druggies
who are breaking in our homes and cars. I don't see how law enforcement can keep up, even though, they try, and it is just getting worse. And, now someone has a bunch of guns they have no business having. I hope no law abiding community member gets hurt or killed by these stolen guns.

How typical of the liberal mindset. Blame an inanimate object but never never hold the criminal responsible. Responsible, now theres a word that should be tought in schools.

Huh? If your comment is referring to me, I am a conservative. Also, I assume you mean the guns are the inanimate objects, well duh, and, of course, the criminals that shot the stolen guns would be held responsible. Are you a druggie?
