One Found With Testosterone and Syringes, One Found With Pot and 'E'
St. Mary's County, MD - 5/4/2012
Vice Narcotics Detectives received information that a package containing controlled substances was enroute to St. Mary’s County for delivery. The package was intercepted and scanned by St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Deputies. A Search and Seizure warrant was obtained and executed before the package was delivered to its destination, a local hotel. Detectives recovered syringes and vials of testosterone and other paraphernalia. Arrested was Joshua Wesley Nye (Age 31 of Kent, Washington)
Vice Narcotics Detectives identified John Edward Colleary IV (Age 22 of California, Md) as a distributor of controlled dangerous substances. Several undercover purchases of marijuana and ecstasy we conducted. The cases were presented to the St. Mary’s County Grand Jury and subsequently arrest warrants were issued.
