MSP Barrack "U" Crime Report

Possession of Marijuana: On 4/30/12 at 7:28 pm, Trooper Matthews detected a strong odor of marijuana emitting from a room at the Super 8 Motel in Prince Frederick. Wesley Concepciondejesus, 18 of Trenton, NJ, and Jhoan E. Salazar, 25 of New York, NY, were both arrested for marijuana possession. They were incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

Violation of Protective Order: On 5/3/12 at 12:45 pm, Trooper First Class Lewis responded to the 2100 block of Sixes Rd. in Prince Frederick for a reported suspicious vehicle. Harold C. Garner Jr., 20 of Lexington Park, was a passenger inside of the vehicle along with the petitioner of a protective order obtained against Mr. Garner. He was placed under arrest and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
DUI & Possession of Marijuana: On 5/4/12 at 11:52 pm, Trooper Donaldson stopped a vehicle at Huntingtown Rd and Park Place in Huntingtown for traffic violations. Derrick L. Estep, 22 of Prince Frederick, was arrested for DUI and a search revealed the he was in possession of marijuana. The passenger, John R. Murphy, 23 of Huntingtown, was also charged with possession of marijuana. They were incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
Possession of Percocet: On 5/5/12 at 5:17 am, Trooper Barlow responded to the 700 block of White Sands Dr. in Lusby for a motor vehicle crash.   Investigation revealed that Stephanie B. Pulsinelli, 23 of Lusby, left the scene of the accident in an attempt to deny that she had been driving at the time of the accident. A search revealed she was in possession of percocet, which she did not have a prescription for. She was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
Destruction of Property: On 5/5/12 at 9:17 am, Trooper First Class Evans responded to the 4000 block of School Rd. in Broomes Island for a reported destruction of property to a vehicle. The paint on the victim’s vehicle was scratched with an unknown object. Investigation continues.
Theft: On 5/4/12 at 05:19 am, Senior Trooper Johns responded to the parking lot at the Solomons Boat Ramp for a reported theft of a trailer registration plate, 36413TL. Investigation continues.
