Brief Synopsis of the Incident:
On 5/9/12 at approximately 1705 hours a Chrysler 300 M, bearing Florida registration “DEE2A” was traveling east bound on Maryland Route 234 just past Trinity Church Road, Charles County, MD.The vehicle crossed over the double yellow line onto the west bound side of Rt. 234, continued across the shoulder and onto the grass.The vehicle proceeded to strike and drive over the guard rail, strike an embankment, trees and come to a rest on its drivers side facing in a western direction.The driver, later identified as Margarita Gunva Hardesty, was ejected prior to final rest and pronounced deceased at the scene.
