Tickets Stolen From Jaycess, CCSO Seeks Theft Suspect's Identity

The Charles County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a theft that occurred last month at the Waldorf Jaycees Community Center and is asked for the public’s assistance in identifying the two suspects pictured in security camera photographs. 

The suspects entered the community center, located at 3090 Crain Highway in Waldorf, shortly after noon on April 11 and stole cash and several thousand dollars in tickets to a boxing event being held April 13.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact Det. D. Almassy at 301-609-6471 or Charles County Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS. Crime Solvers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 that leads to an arrest or indictment. Tips can also be submitted by texting “CHARLES” and the tip to CRIMES or by visitingwww.ccso.us and completing an online form. All tips are submitted anonymously.
