Criminal Citation Issued To Man With Drugs in Lexington Park
Lexington Park, MD - 5/24/2012
On Sunday, May 20, 2012 at 2:56am, TFC G. A. Thompson was conducting a neighborhood canvas related to crime already under investigation when he observed a male subject walking in the area. TFC Thompson stopped his vehicle in the area of Maryland Route 246 and St. Mary’s Square and made contact with the subject. As the subject, identified as Thomas Raymond Banks, 55, of Great Mills, approached TFC Thompson he removed an item from his pants pocket and attempted to drop it on the ground. The item was retrieved and determined to be CDS Paraphernalia containing CDS residue. Mr. Banks was subsequently arrested for Possession of CDS / Paraphernalia. He was issued a criminal citation with a mandatory court date and released from the scene.
