On May 22 at 4:54 p.m. Dep. J. Migliaccio responded to the area of Md. Rt. 4 at Parran Road for the report of a motor vehicle crash.A motorist advised that a white van had hit the rear of her vehicle and then took off at a high rate of speed.Multiple calls from citizens came in reporting that a white van was seen driving all over the roadway.Dep. J. Hardesty located the suspect van and conducted a traffic stop.The driver, later identified as Mark Alan Robb, 33 of Hughesville, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, folded paper with drug residue.
