Disorderly Conduct:  On 7/04/12 at 1:00 am, Trooper First Class Esnes responded to a call for a disorderly subject in the 3700 block of Spruce Rd. in Port Republic.  Zachary W. Alexander, 19 of Port Republic, was intoxicated and acting in a disorderly manner.  He was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

Possession of Marijuana:  On 7/4/12 at 7:39 pm, Trooper First Class Esnes stopped a vehicle at Rt. 4 and Rt. 231 in Prince Frederick for traffic violations.  A search of the vehicle revealed that Louis P Tanko Jr., 48 and Steven L. Chambers, 50, both of Annapolis, were in possession of marijuana.  They were arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.

Destruction of Property:  On 7/5/12 at 4:55 pm, Trooper Oles responded to the 600 bock of White Sands Dr. in Lusby for a reported destruction of property.  The victim’s vehicle was dented several areas.  Investigation continues.

Theft from Vehicle:  On 7/6/12 at 12:33 pm, Trooper Matthews responded to the 1600 block of Mason Ct. in Prince Frederick for a reported theft.  Gas was stolen from the gas tank of the victim’s pickup truck.  Investigation continues.

Theft:  On 7/6/12 at 7:21 pm, Trooper Oles responded to the 800 block of Cove Point Rd. in Lusby for a reported theft.  A Dewalt DC012 radio was stolen from the victim’s barn.  Investigation continues.

DUI/Possession of Drugs:  On 7/7/12 at 11:50 pm, Trooper Oles stopped a vehicle on HG Trueman Rd. south of Southern Connector Blvd. in Lusby for traffic violations.  Eric M. Crupi, 24 of St. Leonard, was arrested for DUI and a search revealed he was in possession of Alprazolam for which he did not have a prescription.  He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center. 

Unlawful Taking of Motor Vehicle:  On  7/8/12 at 3:44 pm, Trooper First Class Merkelson responded to the 2400 block of Chestnut St. in Port Republic when he received an anonymous tip that a wanted subject was staying at the address.  The vehicle in the driveway was confirmed stolen.  Tracy C. Hearn, 36 of Huachuca, AZ, was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
