County Vegetative Debris Removal Services Continue Through July 31
7/14/2012
Citizens are reminded that the last day Charles County Department of Public Works will take calls from citizens who have vegetative debris (limbs, brush, and leaves) to be collected and removed is Tuesday, July 31. Residents are asked to place vegetative debris in piles at the curb in the public right-of-way, not on private property.
Citizens choosing to have their vegetative debris picked at curbside must contact the Department of Public Works at 301-932-9038 or 301-932-3440 and give their name and address. Please leave your information during off hours. Vegetative debris should be placed alongside the road in lengths no greater than 12 feet long. As a result of the recent storm, there is no charge for curbside debris removal service.
For further information, please contact the Department of Public Works at 301-932-9038/301-932-3440.
