The suspects left the store without paying and were apprehended in the parking lot by officers who were waiting outside for them. David Chance McDonald, 28, of Lothian and Linda Joanne Garner, 27, of Lothian, were charged with theft over $1,000.

They were remanded to the Charles County Detention Center. PFC. D. Butler made the arrest.
