Dep. Carl Fischer responded to the Boardwalk Welcome Center at Bay Ave and 5th Street in North Beach at 4:46 p.m. on July 9 for the report of a disorderly person. The complainant informed him that the suspect, later identified as Frederick E. Donahue, 45, of Chesapeake Beach, was asked to leave the boardwalk many times for being intoxicated and a nuisance to other citizens. Dep. Fischer also requested that Donahue leave the area. After failing to do so, Dep. Fischer arrested Donahue and charged him with trespassing and failure to obey a lawful order. |
