Three Arrested In Restaurant Shooting

First degree assault investigation, disorderly conduct, hindering, failing to obey a lawful order and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

On July 29, 2012 deputies responded to the Lexington on Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, Maryland for a report of a large crowd in the parking lot (approximately 200 individuals).As officer were attempting to control the crowd several subject began to fight.Gun shots were fired and a victim was struck in the shoulder.During the altercations and assault investigation the following individuals were arrested for disorder conduct and/or other associated charges:

1.Berry Devon Hillian, 25 of Callaway, Maryland – disorderly conduct

2.David Michael Faxon, 28 of Lexington Park, Maryland – disorderly conduct and hindering

3.Bryan Andre Carter, 35 of St. Inigoes, Maryland – failing to obey a lawful order of a police officer and possession of a controlled dangerous substance, suspected marijuana. 

The victim of the shooting, a 26 year old male, was flown to Prince George’s Shock Trauma with non-life threating injuries.The St. Mary’s County Bureau of Criminal Investigation responded to the scene and is continuing the investigation.
