unome08 7/31/2012 at 3:41 PM What a waste of air Dont know him but definitely know her and she's worthless. Maybe if they would have prosecuted her for all her other charges she'd still be in jail. I know her kids would be better off. As tax payers we're the ones paying her way so she can rob people to support her drug habit. Amazing, another case of the failed judicial system. Judge: Nope you dope, I just don't believe it, your sentence will be 10 years in Federal PRISON, after completing drug counceling, along with restitution to the victims. Its time to get your life straight! When are these dumb A$$es going to realize, a homeowner just may be home while they are doing a B.E and someone is going to get s SHOT.

SMDgurl 7/31/2012 at 5:44 PM Reply to unome08: Justice finally? I have been on the outskirts of this girl's life for many years and none of this comes as a shock to me. She has been arrested multiple times over the years for various charges and somehow has always managed to work the system to her advantage. She has no fear of the law or any sense of right or wrong and the system has allowed her to continue. I pray that this time she will pay for what she has done to others, most especially her innocent children. I was a victim of a home burglary many years ago in another state and I can tell you that you never get over the sense of violation that it produces. We also have in part paid for the two children she has given birth to, the last having to receive medical treatment after birth because of drug abuse during pregnancy. Please finally throw the book at her and make her do the time.

SMDgurl 8/1/2012 at 8:11 AM Reply to c3h8: Not anymore! Up til this point,she has most definitely been in charge. Hopefully she has finally dug a hole she can't find her way out of now. We will all be watching this closely and if she does not pay for these crimes then we all need to get together and go to our county and states legal representatives as one. A county that shows its not tough on habitual offenders is not a safe county to live or raise our children in.... we pay our taxes and ABIDE by the laws in order to live in a safe environment, where our home is our haven and not a shopping mall for thieves.

Although I am not a fan of his I do know that she's not daddy's little girl. None of his girls are Daddy's little girls. His other 3 daughters are very upstanding members of society. Every parent at one time or another has done things thinking they were doing whats best. But at a certain point you have to let the chips fall where they may. Ridgell Oil has nothing to do with this situation. Once your children reach a certain age you have no control over their behaviors. And as a parent this is ever so true as much as we sometimes wish it weren't. My point being unless you know the facts you shouldn't make comments. All to often parents do bail their children out when they shouldn't but in this case she's made her bed and now must pay the consequences. Unfortunately it all depends on what plea bargains the state wants to offer her for ratting on the others involved. Personally I believe she's never gonna change and the book should be thrown at her. Don't judge the whole family by one bad member.

gr8day 8/1/2012 at 2:55 PM About time I hope her daddy is not bailing her out, and if he considers it maybe he should consider paying restitution to the people that she robbed of their personal belongings (because everyone knows that she never will). I been burglarized before and it is the worst! Invasion of my privacy and my poor children still talk about it. And claiming it against your insurance does nothing but raise your insurance rates. What a role model to her own children. I can’t believe social services haven’t taken these kids away from her with all the previous charges. Hopefully the judicial system gets it right this time and puts her away for a long time. What a waste to society. Reply to This Comment

truth10 8/1/2012 at 11:00 PM Reply to gr8day: lets get the truh I also know this whole family, and every family has its problems, some more servere than others. Everyone's not blessed with perfect kids, I know I'm not. But the truth is that this girl has only been locked up before for traffic violations, and her kids are healthy and happy, no matter what some people might think. And as far as ratting out, well you could look at it as co-operating with the police, that's how I look at it. I know how horrible it is to be robbed, but I also know I would liked to have gotten some of my things back if possible, especially my sentimental items.

If you beleieve for one second that she is co-operating with the police, you are as messed up as Kim is... she is most likely the "brains" behind it all. She knew the people and areas at numerous places that were then robbed. She is crazy like a fox. She is as far from innocent in everything she has done in the last ten years as I am guilty of it. Her children are suffering physically, emotionally and unfortunately this is why the cycle of this type of lifestyle continues, because no one will remove the children from this environment. They both have loving paternal families that should have the right to protect them from her. A drug addicted, pill stealing, house robbing mother is NOT a fit parent. Social Services should hang their heads in shame for allowing her to maintain custody through all this. They have said she has never hurt the children, PLEASE. No sense of a stable home, numerous moves and where were her children while momma was doing her day job (robbing homes)? Yes she is most definitely Mother of the Year. Put her in prison, no deals this time for the sake of her children. Give them a chance to not follow in her footsteps.
