Seeking Identity of Suspect In Reference To Credit Card Theft

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the above pictured suspect in reference to the theft of a credit card from the St. Mary’s Nursing Home and its subsequent use at a CVS Pharmacy in Lexington Park, St. Mary’s County Maryland, both events occurring on 2/25/2012.

Information received by CVS Securtiy is that he is also a suspect in several “Organized Retail Crime” cases in Washington DC and Maryland.

Why?
Why does it take 6 months to get this posted? Also the other two posted are from March, why 5 on those? I know police like to do their investigation first before they seek the public's help but why so long?

Reply to aFTeRLiFe: The pictures have been out
before, when the crimes happened. They must not have identified them and are re-posting the pictures to see if anybody new can id them. Just my guess because I know I have seen them all already. Sorry I don't know them, I would drop a dime quick!
