Barrack U Prince Frederick Crime Report

Possession of Marijuana: On 8/12/12 at 3:10 am, Trooper First Class Evans while conducting a patrol check at the Holiday Inn in Solomons observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. When checking with the individuals, the strong odor of burnt marijuana was detected. Jonathan D. Pace, 32 of Suitland, was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was placed under arrest and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
Violation of Protective Order: On 8/15/12 at 1:01 pm, Trooper First Class Logsdon responded to Dunkirk Dental in Dunkirk for a reported harassment. Investigation revealed that Bobby L. Harris, 33 of Lusby, had violated a protective order by attempting to contact the victim. He was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
Possession of Pills: On 8/17/12 at 7:23 am, Trooper First Class Esnes stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Calvert Beach Rd. in St. Leonard. A search incident to arrest for fleeing and eluding police revealed that Kelly R. Osecky, 41 of Lusby, was in possession of numerous prescription pills for which she did not have a prescription. She was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
Possession of Marijuana: On 8/18/12 at 1:29 pm, Trooper First Class Esnes stopped a vehicle for traffic violations in the parking lot of the 7-11 in Prince Frederick. A consent search revealed marijuana and cocaine. Deric S. Dioso, 35 of Churchton, was placed under arrest and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
Shoplifting/Theft: On 8/18/12 at 8:56 pm, Trooper First Class Evans responded to the Wawa in Prince Frederick for a shoplifting complaint. Sonya R. Mitchell, 32 of Lusby, was arrested and issued a Criminal Citation for removing an energy drink from the store without paying for it. She was also issued a Notice Not To Trespass on Wawa property.
DUI/Possession of Pills: On 8/18/12 at 11:54 pm, Trooper First Class West was dispatched to locate a vehicle that reportedly collided with a guardrail on Rt. 4 near Ball Rd. in St. Leonard. A vehicle was located showing damage to the driver’s door consistent with having struck something. Based on these observations, the vehicle was stopped south of Sherry Lane and Rt. 4. Tiffany L. Hancock, 29 of Hollywood, exited the vehicle with uncoordinated and deliberate movements. She was arrested for Driving While Impaired by Controlled Dangerous Substance. During a search of the vehicle, numerous prescription drugs were located for which she had no prescriptions. She was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
