Warrant Service – On Monday, August 20, 2012, at 2:45pm, TFC M. Pitcher served a Bench Warrant (T3-15632) on Jesse Lee Garrett, 32, of Mechanicsville. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary’s County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on August 8, 2012. Mr. Garrett turned himself in to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack and was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. (1282008152)

Drug Arrest – On Monday, August 20, 2012, at 8:57pm, TFC M. Pitcher responded to the 21000 block of North Shangri La Drive for a reported disturbance. Upon arrival, TFC Pitcher made contact with a male subject, identified as Eric Scott Johnson, 49, of Lexington Park. While on scene TFC Pitcher made contact with the complainant, 37, of Mechanicsville who advised that Mr. Johnson was yelling at patrons and advising them not to go into the establishment. While on scene, TFC Pitcher witnessed Mr. Johnson yelling at patrons and noticed his speech to be slurred. After he was asked several times to stop, Mr. Johnson was placed under arrest for Disturbing the Peace and Disorderly Conduct. A search, incident to arrest revealed CDS located on Mr. Johnson. He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. (1282008544)

Warrant Service – On Thursday, August 23, 2012, at 3:25pm, Tpr. S. Ditoto served a Bench Warrant (T3-15530) on Sergio Rashaad Rice, 30, of Hollywood. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary’s County with an original charge of Trespassing on May 31, 2012. Mr. Rice was located walking on Great Mills Road and was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center    . He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. Warrant Service – On Friday, August 24, 2012, at 4:45am, TFC E. Page served a Bench Warrant    (T3-15628) on Shanice Marie Akintade, 22, of Lexington Park. The warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary’s County with an original charge of Driving While Suspended on August 8, 2012. Ms Akintade was located at her address and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. She was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. (1282008671)

Warrant Service – On Friday, August 24, 2012, at 2:06pm, Tpr. D. Buckalew served a Bench Warrant (T3-15656) on Jeffrey Lydell Henson, 47, of Marbury, Maryland. The warrant was issued by the District Court of Charles County with an original charge of Driving Vehicle While Impaired by Alcohol on August 15, 2012. Mr. Henson was located during a routine traffic stop and was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was served and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
