Fire and EMS units from Leonardtown and Lexington Park were dispatched late Saturday evening for what was originally reported as traumatic injuries from a fall off a bicycle. However, a Lexington Park EMT arrived on the scene and advised that a 35-year-old female was injured from a single motorcycle accident.

The patient was flown by MSP helicopter to Prince George’s County Shock Trauma Unit.
