Two Burglaries To A Storage Shed In California

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is investigating two burglaries to a storage shed located on Our Lady’s Lane in California, Maryland.  The first burglary occurred on October 1, 2012 between 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. The second burglary occurred between October 3, 2012 at 9:30 p.m. and October 4, 2012 at 1:30 p.m.  Several pounds of copper piping, wiring and fitting were stolen.  The suspects were recorded on video surveillance. 

Based on the video surveillance, the suspects are described as follows:

Suspect # 1 – black male, black hair (dread locks, pulled back) black t-shirt, blue jeans, black/ gray gloves.  Suspect #2 may have facial hair and/or side burns.

Suspect #2 – black male, black hair (dread locks, pulled back), white A-frame T-shirt, black shorts, black socks, white and black Nike shoes, blue wrist band on right arm.

Anyone who can identify these men is asked to call Deputy T. Snyder at 301-475-4200 extension 9081 or Crime Solvers at 301-475-3333.  Tipsters can text their tips to “TIP239” plus your message to “CRIMES” (274637).  Callers and tipsters do not have to leave a name, just the information. 

If the information leads to the arrest and conviction, the caller/tipster may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
