Cooper Takes Position as MACo Officer

Charles County Commissioner President Wayne Cooper greets Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley after being sworn in as the Secretary of the Maryland Association of Counties (MACo) during the annual MACo Winter Conference held at the Hyatt Regency in Cambridge.
During the conference, Commissioner Cooper was also the moderator for a panel discussion entitled “Water: The Lifeline for Effective Growth.” The discussion focused on water supply challenges and solutions.
