Teen Charged with Distributing Obscene Material; More Warrant Arrests

At 9 p.m. Jan. 28, Timothy Brian Abell Grube, 19, of Piney Point, was arrested by TFC P. Trossbach on an outstanding Arrest Warrant for distributing obscene material. Grube was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond review. On Jan. 29, Fredy Eatmon, III, 42, of Dameron, was arrested by TFC L. Nims on an outstanding Bench Warrant for failing to appear in District Court in Leonardtown on Jan. 24. The original charge was Malicious Destruction of Property over $500, Disorderly Conduct and Drinking in Public. Eatmon was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was detained pending a bond review. On Jan. 30, Mary Lee Little, 43, of Lexington Park, was served an outstanding Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. The original charge was driving while impaired by controlled dangerous substance. TFC R. Rezza served the warrant at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where Little was incarcerated on unrelated charges. |
