On Saturday, Historic St. Mary’s City hosted the sixth annual Maritime Heritage Festival from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. After the day’s event, many stayed and enjoyed "An Evening on Aldermanbury Street", listening to live music and great food on the State House green.

Visitors at the festival enjoyed hands-on activities and lots of live entertainment. Some participated in learning nautical skills, learned about boat safety and toured the Dove anchored at the museum’s wharf.

Zahm, Marks, and the Chanteymen serenaded guests performing with a colorful band of living history re-enactors doing hearty work songs, soulful ballads, and lively instrumentals.
