Lexington Park Cocaine Dealer Busted Selling to Undercover Detective

LEXINGTON PARK - 4/7/2009

Vice Narcotics Detectives identified Barry Cedric Stout aka “BC”, 26 of Lexington Park, as a distributor of cocaine.

As the investigation continued, detectives made undercover purchases of cocaine from suspect Stout. After a case review with State’s Attorney Richard D. Fritz, the case was presented to the St. Mary’s County Grand Jury and multiple arrest warrants were obtained.

Suspect Stout was indicted for three counts of distribution of cocaine. He is currently awaiting a bond review and is being held without bond.
