Baynet police scanners

This is a letter to the baynet management about the police scanners why they dont work,if you go to the scanner site the st. marys scanner does not work at all,is there something baynet readers need to download for these scanners to work,please if i can get an answer back on this subject i would greatly appreciate it thank you.
