At 12:26 a.m. March 25, TPR Stern of the Prince Frederick trooper barracks stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation on Rt. 778 in Owings.
A consent search was given by the operator and a CDS smoking device containing suspected cocaine residue was located in the vehicle.
Arrested at that time for possession of cocaine and CDS paraphernalia was Nicholas Andrew Gegor, 18, of Chesapeake Beach.
After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
