The 2006 Harley Road King Being Raffled by JAAGS CYCLES – The Bay Net photo by Anna Bedford |
Jeff Gray is owner of JAAGS Cycles, in Hollywood, a store which will celebrate its first anniversary next month.
To celebrate Jeff is raffling off tickets for anew 2006 Road King Harley Davidson, a fuel injected bike with hard bags, which is worth approximately $20,000. The tickets are $10 each and proceeds will be donated to St. John’s School in Hollywood. “It’s a private school that gets no funding from the state and relies entirely on the parish and the community,” Jeff told The Bay Net. Both of his sons graduated from St. Johns.
Jeff has been building custom bikes and working with Harleys for twenty three years now. One of the bikes he built was recently included in the “Best Bikes of ‘05” by Easy Rider Magazine. His last show bike was also featured in V-Twin Magazine.
One of Jeff’s greatest accomplishments was winning “Best of Show” against 375 other bikes in Charlotte, North Carolina, for Easy Rider. That qualified him to participate in the invitational competition in Columbus Ohio, which, he says, “is like the Super Bowl of bike builders.”
The drawing will take place on April 15, at JAAGS Cycles anniversary party, which will also include a DJ, Band, food and beer. The event is scheduled to begin at 10 am.
If you would like to purchase raffle tickets you can visit JAAGS Cycles on Mervell Dean Road, or Hyperspace Fun Center on 235, or call Jeff at 301-373-7760.
