Angry Ex Arrested for Damaging Door

At 11:05 p.m. Nov. 15, Tpr. E. Evans arrested Deodis Lee Clyburn, 31, Lexington Park, on an arrest warrant for Malicious Destruction of Property. 

The charges resulted from an incident on May 12 in which Clyburn was alleged to have damaged a screen door while pulling it off the tracks. Police say Clyburn was upset that the victim had broken off their relationship. 

Clyburn was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center, processed and held pending a bail review.

 

Assault and Violation of Probation in the Park

At 8:32 p.m., Nov. 14, TFC T. Quade arrested Ralph Joseph Waynick, 47, Lexington Park, on an arrest warrant for Failing to Follow Conditions of Probation on an Assault 2nd degree charge.

Waynick was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center, processed and held without bail.

Wanted Man Caught in Virginia

On Oct. 14, Humberto Chavex Zamora, 28, Richmond VA, was arrested by Riverside Police in Virginia on an open warrant issued by St. Mary’s County Circuit Court for Violation of Probation.

Zamora voluntarily waived an extradition hearing and agreed to return to Maryland. On Nov. 15, troopers from the Maryland State Police Leonardtown barracks responded to Riverside and took custody of Zamora and brought him to St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending a bail review.

 

Failing to Appear for Theft Charges

At 1:15 pm, Nov. 15, Tpr. G. White arrested Gary Alphonso Fenwick, 36, Mechanicsville, on an arrest warrant for failing to appear in court to answer a Theft over $500 charge. Fenwick was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center, processed and held without bail.

 

Failing to Obey Conditions of DWI Probation

At 9:30 p.m. Nov. 15, TFC T. Quade arrested Travis Howard Smith, 25, Mechanicsville, on an arrest warrant for Failing to Follow Conditions of Probation from a Driving While Impaired by Alcohol charge. Smith was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center, processed and held without bail.

 

No Restitution

At 8:40 a.m. Nov. 16, TFC A. Rossignol served Gregory D. Butler, 34, Charlotte Hall, with a Show Cause Order to appear in District Court to answer charges of Failing to Pay Resitution.

 

Failure to Appear for Charges of Driving While Suspended

At 10:22 a.m. Nov. 16, TFC J. Linger arrested Melvin Wayman Seth, 47, Upper Marlboro, on an open warrant for Failing to Appear in Baltimore County District Court to answer charges of Driving on a Suspended License and Privilege. Seth was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center, processed and held pending a bail hearing.
