Hollywood, MD – On April 1st., 2017, bring the family out to the IAM No Joke April Fools 5K Walk/Run for a morning of fun, music, raffles, food trucks, running and walking while bringing freedom and mobility to the visually impaired by raising money for Guide Dogs of America.
The IAM April Fools 5K is a perimeter trail at the William W. Winpisinger Education and Technology Center located at 24494 Placid Harbor Way, Hollywood, MD 20636. There will be a $25.00 entry fee made payable to Guide Dogs of America on-site registration begins at 7:00 a.m. and race starts at 8:00 a.m. This is not a timed event. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent provided by law and will benefit Guide Dogs of America, which is a registered 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization. They are dedicated to their mission to provide guide dogs and instruction in their use, free of charge, to blind and visually impaired men and women from the United States and Canada so that they may continue to pursue their goals with increased mobility and independence.
