On November 21, 2010 at 2:09 p.m., TFC G. A. Thompson responded to the 45000 block of Indian Way in Lexington Park for a reported disturbance.
Upon arrival, contact was made with a female complainant, 24, of Lexington Park who advised she was involved in an altercation with a male subject. Information provided by the complainant, resulted in TFC Thompson attempting to locate Joseph Francis Chase, III, 37, of Lexington Park. However, all attempts were unsuccessful.
Chase turned himself into the Leonardtown Barrack at 4 p.m. on November 21 and was placed under arrest for Second-Degree Assault. Chase was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
