DFC M. Velasquez arrested two people on March 9 at 2:49 p.m. at the Friendly Pharmacy in Lusby after they attempted to fill a fraudulent prescription for Oxycodone. The pharmacist became suspicious after trying to call the doctor’s office to obtain verification of the written prescription and called police. Doris Ramona Stern, 47 of Baltimore was arrested and charged with unlawfully attempting to obtain a prescription drug by fraud and unlawfully attempting to obtain a prescription drug by forging a prescription. Mark Keith Stern, 49, also of Baltimore, was arrested and charged with unlawfully attempting to obtain a prescription drug by fraud, unlawfully attempting to obtain a prescription drug by forging a prescription, possession of heroin and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, a straw.
