Just before 7 p.m., an emergency call was made for a personal injury accident on north bound Three Notch Road, just in front of TheBAYNET.com’s office.
Bay District Volunteer Fire Department and the Hollywood Rescue Squad responded to the scene.
The patient, a single female, was caught in a sudden downpour and lost control of her vehicle. The Toyota Camry ran off the road and turned on its side.
The patient was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital as a priority two.
