PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. – The Calvert County Department of Parks & Recreation announces the Edward T. Hall Aquatic Center in Prince Frederick will close to the public beginning Friday, Nov. 19 at 3 p.m. through Sunday, Nov. 21 for a private club swim meet. The center will reopen Monday, Nov. 22 at 6 a.m. with normal operating hours. The aquatic center will also close to the public at 4 p.m. on the following dates for swim meets:

  • Dec. 10, 15 and 22
  • Jan. 5, 7, 12, 19, 21 and 26

Lap lanes will not be available Nov. 15-19 from 3-7 p.m. to accommodate multiple swim team practices and Calvert County Parks & Recreation aquatics programs. Lap lane availability will be extremely limited Monday through Friday, Nov. 22 through Feb. 4 from 3-7:30 p.m. due to swim team use. For more information, please call 410-414-8350.
