This evidence-based group exercise class improves flexibility, bone density, endurance, coordination, and decreases your risk of falling. Each class includes a 20-minute cardiovascular workout of a low to moderate impact as well as strength, balance, and stretching components. Fitness card required. Classes will be held on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. at the Garvey Senior Activity Center beginning September 7. Try your first class for free then purchase a Fitness Card for $35 (good for 10 classes).
