Southern Maryland Fishing & Outdoor Adventure Fair

The Southern Maryland Recreational Fishing Organization (SMRFO), Inc. is sponsoring a Southern Maryland Fishing & Outdoor Adventure Fair on 19 & 20 March, 2022 – 8:00am – 3:00pm both days. The event will include selections of rods/reels, lures, umbrellas, tackle, outdoor sports gear, paintings, crafts, and more. Featured speakers include Lenny Rudow, editor of Saltwater Fishing (Saturday at 9:00am) and Eric Packard, Freshwater Fishing (Saturday at 10:00am). The USPS Patuxent River Sail & Power Squadron will be conducting a Maryland Safe Boating class, starting on Saturday at 9:00am; exam and certification starts on Sunday at 9:00am. The event also includes a kids casting contest, door prizes, and a 50/50 drawing. Admission is $5.00, payable at the entrance (kids age 12 and under are free).
