At 12:40 p.m. Dec. 19, TFC Koch of the Prince Frederick barrack responded to Fashion Bug, Prince Frederick, for a theft complaint.
Investigation revealed that Ilea Rose Rogers, 21, of St. Leonard, attempted to leave the store with unpaid merchandise concealed on her person.
She was charged with theft (-$100) on a criminal citation and released.
