Mechanicvsille house fire

MECHANICSVILLE, Md. – This morning at approximately 9:22 a.m., fire and rescue personnel responded to the structure fire in the 28900 block of Livingston Drive.

Crews arrived on the scene and found the attached garage of a two-story home showing smoke and fire. Firefighters established a water supply point at 84 Lumber. Reporting one dog named Duke is loose in the home. As of 10:01 a.m., the fire is under control. No injuries have been reported at this time.

The Fire Marshal and SMECO has been requested to the scene.

Duke the dog has been located and is safe.
