On February 25 at 9:51 p.m. Dep. C. Fox responded to the Huntingtown 7-11 Convenience store for the report of a suspicious vehicle. Dep. Cox made contact with four occupants inside the vehicle which was reported to have been parked at the store for about 30 minutes and the occupants were reported to have been walking in and out of the store. One of the occupants, identified as Brian Allen Ward, 41 of Owings, was found to have an open arrest warrant for drug possession. He was placed under arrest on the active warrant. All four occupants were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a schedule IV drug, Alprazolam, possession of Alprazolam in sufficient quantity to indicate an intent to distribute, possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, a clear glass smoking device, and possession of controlled paraphernalia, a hypodermic syringe. The other three occupants are identified as Todd Royer Crampton, 29 of Welcome, Renee Emily Goshorn, 23 of Prince Frederick, and Richard Hubert Mullen, 35 of Prince Frederick.
