On Feb 5, officers with the Charles County Warrant Squad responded to Selbyville, DE and arrested Maxie Hancock, 52 of Selbyville, who had open warrants charging him with first-degree assault, second-degree rape, second-degree assault, second-degree sex offense and second degree sexual abuse of a minor in connection with incidents that occurred in Charles County in 2003 with a juvenile child.
