WHAT:   39th Annual Veterans Day Parade

WHERE:    Along Fenwick and Washington Streets in Leonardtown, MD

WHO:   Governor Elect Larry Hogan, Commissioners of St. Mary’s County, Maryland Comptroller Peter Franchot, U.S. Representative Steny Hoyer and Commissioners of Leonardtown, community groups and organizations

Governor Elect Larry Hogan’s appearance in Leonardtown’s annual Veterans Day Parade marks his first major public appearance since his election nearly one week ago. Mr. Hogan will be joined by more than two thousand parade participants and thousands of spectators in Maryland’s largest Veterans Day Parade.

Mr. Hogan is scheduled to speak and lay a memorial wreath to in tribute to local veterans who have lost their lives in service to our nation. The wreath laying will take place at the conclusion of a post parade memorial ceremony in the Leonardtown Town Square.
