Looking for Crew Lead & Crew Members
We are looking for motivated crew members who love working outside. Typical work week is Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm. We are a Landscape Construction company thats main focus is on hardscaping and landscape installation. We are looking for:
CREW LEAD
-individual who could step into a leadership role next season, prior hardscaping/landscape construction experience is preferred but not required. Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record. Ability to run a 3-4 person crew, attention to detail and ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner. Must show up and be on time daily.
Pay for Crew lead is DOE, quarterly bonus’s are available depending on workmanship and being prepared for work each day.
CREW MEMBER
-individuals to be crew members who are looking to learn our trade, self motivated, ability to lift heavy objects, reliable transportation to our shop and arrive on time.
Pay for Crew members starts at $18 per hour with a possible bonus of $250 every 3 months. To get the bonus all you have to do is show up on time daily and don’t have any unexcused absences.
