Vice Narcotics Detectives indicted Suspect Margaret Ann Saylor (Age 42 of Mechanicsville) for “Possession of Oxycodone and Possession of Alprazolam with the Intent to Distribute”. A Search and Seizure Warrant was executed on the Mechanicsville residence after an investigation indicated prescription medications were being sold from that location. During the search 183 Oxycodone pills (Street Value $5,490), 148 Alprazolam pills (Street Value $730) and various other items were seized. Suspect George Mattingly Sr. (Age 60) was on the scene, but not the target of the investigation. A check revealed Suspect Mattingly was wanted for “Failure to Appear”. A search incident to his arrest revealed “Oxycodone” pills in plastic on his person.
