ANNAPOLIS, Md. – On Feb. 16 at 7:10 p.m., police advised of missing 16-year-old, Malayasia Rodriguez. Rodriguez is described as an African American female and was last seen in the 900 block of Spa Road on Feb. 15 at 5:30 p.m.
