At 2 a.m. Jan. 28, Tpr. M. Moore contacted the victim of a destruction of property at the Leonardtown Barrack.
The victim advised that while attempting to leave Clifton’s Night Club in Clements, the suspect began jumping up and down on her vehicle. As she was pulling away, the suspect broke out the side window. Investigation is continuing.
