Communities surrounding the naval air station are advised that noise-generating testing events near the installation are scheduled to take place Thursday and Friday which may run into the evening. Testing should be complete around 9 p.m.
Pilots at Pax will be training for realistic flight scenarios including Field Carrier Landing Practice (FCLP). Testing and training is essential for the precision and safety of our military men and women and the success of their mission. Residents may notice increased noise levels due to these operations.
