
CHARLOTTE HALL, Md. – Today, at approximately 12:37 p.m., police, fire and rescue personnel responded to the motor vehicle accident on Budds Creek Road in the area of Trinity Church Road.
Crews arrived on the scene to find the SMECO truck struck in the rear-end by the silver sedan. Initially medical personnel requested MEDEVAC, but that request was canceled soon after the patient refused further treatment.
Driver of the silver sedan reported to be operating in a reckless manner prior to the collision.
