NORTH BEACH, Md. – The Town Council and Mayor of North Beach requested the Planning Commission look into the topic of food trucks and make recommendations regarding their regulation.
This topic has been discussed and continues to be discussed at Planning Commission meetings and focus group meetings. As a result of these discussions, the Planning Commission is recommending two “Food Truck Pilot Days.” The Planning Commission intends to work with the North Beach Economic Development Committee (NBEDC) on the “Pilot Program.”
The Food Truck Pilot Program will be on the Planning Commission’s May agenda and the NBEDC will be invited to attend and discuss further. If you are interested in viewing the Food Truck Information documents on the town website, they are located here.
