North Beach, MD – On Tuesday, April 16, 5th Street between Frederick Avenue and Greenwood Avenue will be closed from approximately 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for a new water connection. You will be able to go around the block to get around the closure. This closure will depend on weather conditions.
