CLEMENTS, Md. — We are receiving reports of an accident this afternoon which has sent one person to the hospital.
At approximately 4:38 PM on October 23, first responders were called to the scene of an accident on Budds Creek Road, in the area of Russell’s farm.
The scene had been described as involving two vehicles in a collision, both of which were still reported to be in the roadway.
Upon arrival, crews discovered multiple patients who had been involved in the accident.
One patient who was involved was determined by EMS to be in need of additional medical attention. That patient was transported to MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital with what was described as non-life-threatening injuries.
