At 5:28 a.m. Dec. 21, Michael Anthony McCoy, 42, of Lexington Park, was arrested by TFC P. Trossbach for Theft Under $100, possession of stolen property and driving on a suspended license.
McCoy was operating a white Ford Expedition south bound Route 235 in the area of Wildewood Shopping Center when he was stopped for unsafe lane change.
An NCIC check revealed both registration plates were stolen from the Prince Frederick area. McCoy was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was detained pending a bond review.
