On March 11, at 2:54 pm, Tpr. J. Gibson responded to the area of Three Notch Road and New Market Village Road in Mechanicsville for an out of control juvenile on a school bus.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the female school bus driver, 43 of Mechanicsville, who advised a juvenile male student, 13 of Mechanicsville, was out of control on the school bus. The juvenile was taken into custody and transported to the Leonardtown Barrack where he continued to be very belligerent and uncooperative.
He was processed and charged with second-degree assault and later released to his father pending further action by Juvenile Services.
